Shipping Information
Room39 carries stock of certain items and provided in stock, these items will generally be dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery via Royal Mail Standard Parcels service.
A selection of the Room39 offer is made to order and imported from different parts of the world. These items carry a lead-time as specified on the individual product pages. Lead-times vary from 3 – 8 weeks, which means we do not carry stock of these items and that we will place an order with our suppliers on receipt of your order. Once the item is received by Room39, we will contact you within 2 – 3 working days by email to notify you that your parcel is ready to be dispatched and arrange a convenient delivery date and time slot. We will use Parcelforce to deliver bulky items. Parcelforce is one of the UK's largest and most reputable courier services. Parcelforce provide a fully traceable Nationwide delivery service. When an order is dispatched, a customer will receive an email confirmation that includes an order tracking code. To view the progress of an order please access the Parcelforce website and enter the tracking code supplied.
Parcelforce deliver between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Please note, stock items and made to order items that carry a lead-time will be dispatched separately to ensure the customer receives the stock items as quickly as possible.
Room39 currently only ships to the UK mainland using our standard shipping services with the Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Please contact us for information about delivery costs and times for international orders.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges.
