"Room39 was born out of a personal desire to bring to market a more 'democratic' design that would appeal to men and women alike, regardless of age."

Petra Green launched Room39 in 2010 with the vision to create playful, modern environments, with a ‘twist on tradition’ and a penchant for trompe d’oeil effects. Central to Room39 ethos is to support like-minded designers and craftspeople, working as far as possible in a sustainable way and marrying craft techniques and modern technology. All of Room39 products are manufactured in UK and the EU.

Agreement: By purchasing from Room39 you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions detailed below.

Payment & Security: All payments are processed securely through PayPal using a PayPal account or by using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo or most other forms of card. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Shipping: unless stated otherwise in product description, all items are in stock and ready to be despatched. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK and up to 14 days to all other destinations. UK orders are shipped via Hermes and international via Royal Mail recorded or standard post.

Pricing: all prices listed on this website are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Product description: Due to individual colour screen settings, colours may look slightly different to the real product. We do our best to give a full description of the items and we strongly recommend reading each product's description for sizes, colours, material, design and postage before you go ahead with the purchase.

Size restrictions: Due to size restrictions when shipping overseas (anywhere that is not in the UK) when the item is bigger than 33x43cm, we can only send the outer cover of the cushion. The cost of the inner pad will be deducted from shipping fee.

Customs: It is the customer's responsibility to pay for their own country's customs upon receiving goods.

Returns: At Room39 we try our best to deliver goods within the specified delivery time and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please email us via our Contact form within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, and return the item in the original packaging within 7 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We won't accept any returns that have not been notified within 24 hours or returned within the specified 7 days. Please keep proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the goods back, in perfect condition, we will refund you the cost of item into your account within 14 days. The cost of returning goods is the customer's responsibility except for faulty or incorrectly shipped goods.
